This unit was interesting however I feel like a lot of the information was not necessarily needed for a teacher to be able to teach a lesson on pronunciation. The technical terms such as alveolar and glottal are not needed for a student to be able to learn how to pronounce words. Teachers and students just really need to know that "the t sound is created by touch your tongue to the teeth"". The actual bodily terms is a lot for a teacher to have to know. I also over thought how words sounded with the placements of my tongue which messed up the actual sounds when practicing."
