The methods to adopt when teaching special groups such as Beginners, Single students, Young learners and Business English have been taught. The teachers are made known the possible problems they may encounter when dealing with these special groups and the possible remedies.
Apart from the general idea I have learned about teaching special groups, I have also noted points I think are pertinent; for instance the fact that we must not gossip about a client to any body in the company or make certain comments about specific client to others, as it may 'backfire'.Although it is best to use the course books given to the students and teacher, it is much better to add in some creative material to keep all students interested and engaged in lesson, keeping the lessons fun and intriguing will result in the students gathering more intake and helping you get a better outcome. With the different examples give throughout my units I have learn't that there are many different ways to make an activity fun for everyone, whether it may be crosswords or phone role plays, all students regardless of age, there is something for them.
