Unit 19 discusses the different types of EFL classes. It classifies the class from general English to young learners and to business English. In my opinion, young learners are the hardest students to be taught since teachers need to be animated and activities must be prepared well which takes most of the teachers' time; however, after having experience of teaching children, I find it so fun and fulfilling especially when I see them improve from the first day of not having English. Strongly, I agree with this unit stating that children are the most fun to teach.This unit helps to calm some nerves on making sure the classroom is fun for both the students and the teacher. Being respected and making sure all the students get the appropriate attention is important. In enjoyed the part on whole-class grouping. These pros and cons are good to know: Creates a sense of belonging among the group, allows students to interact with any other class members, quicker and easier organization, reduces opportunities for students to speak, and can be off-putting to shy students who may not wish to participate in front of the whole class.
