There are many different ways in which a teacher can make the learning experience more interesting and memorable for learners. One technique is to use teaching aids. It is best to stick to a few techniques and, perhaps, follow one theme, example or case study.Constructing efficient and practical lesson plans is a vital and integral part of being a teacher. A teacher must tailor their lesson plans to the content and the students being taught. A lesson plan should contain a breakdown of what will be taught, the different phases of the class and their order, and the learning goals for the students. A lesson plan should be a detailed outline, but should not be so rigid and inflexible that it cannot be changed. A teacher does need to have some spontaneity, and to be able to adjust a lesson plan during a class should it be required.
