Lesson plan is a necessary tool especially for new teachers. However, it is important to stay flexible and adjust to students needs. Lesson plan acts as an aid to planning, working document and a record.
Lesson plan should be simple, structured, it should include time of every activity and be adaptable. If students positively respond to some activity, teacher should adjust his lessons and include more of those activities.

When planning a lesson sequence we must consider flexibility, goals, revision and variety.This unit was giving a good overview about how to manage class. Different tecnics has been shed light on. The good and bad points of diffenrent kind of group work, pair work and alone working students. Athoug the influcence of the positioning of the tables in class can have a significant influance of how the students interact with the teacher and the class. I liked the circular seeting for a class best. There can be easily eye contact with all the class members with the teacher and to each other. Also grup work and pair work is easy with this seating. It was a interesting unit.
