I found this unit very helpful and resourceful. It helped me to understand the importance of class arrangement in class management. The practical ways to establish rapport in class is a totally new concept for me and will be helpful in future. This unit also gave me an insight into how group students for different activities in class. I also realized the importance of teacher's position in class at different times.
