This unit has been about classroom management. Management of a classroom involves many factors. One must take into account body language, such as eye contact, classroom presence, and tone of voice. The seating arrangement affects how the student interact with the class and how students interact with each-other. A classroom can be more teacher centered or student centered. It's useful to find ways to increase student talk time and build rapport with students.I enjoyed this unit and the information it provided. The exemplar theories were interesting to learn about because I was unfamiliar with them before reading through the unit. As well, I liked the example of ESA lesson planning and will definitely take that set up into my own future lesson planning time. As well, this unit provided many awesome example activities for each stage of planning that I found very helpful and will use in future teaching experiences.
