Teach English in Bracknell - TESOL Courses
I would have to say grammar. I definitely touched up on my grammar! I also found out I probably wouldn't want to teach it. I have a lot more fun with young learners and total beginners. I love teaching this age and level. It is a lot of fun for me and the students and I really get to see how they have progressed. That doesn't mean that the door is closed in teaching older children or adults. It gives me options for the future. tefl also gave me more ideas how to form my lesson plans making it more structured. It can be very useful for when teachers are absent. It also gave me a little bit more ideas on how I can teach and use different types of materials and what I can do with it. I also learned about parts of the speech and the terminology used for it. I also learned about what it is to really teach english as a second language. I didn't have experience or know what it is all about. I only knew the level that I have taught and am teaching now. I probably won't go into great deal of depth but I understand it more now for myself and I would be able to help someone if they need it including my husband who is czech. He also uses english at work so now I can better correct his english? Basically you never know what you are going to get in a future employer in a different country but tefl has taught me always be prepared for everything. Just like in thailand I have learned that you can't always rely on electricity and in czech Republic you usually have to come up with everything on your own so those websites provided will help. It will also help me with the terminology of different group types and how to separate them which will now help my employer a bit?
Thank you!
