This unit discusses how to manage a classroom. As an introvert, I am glad to learn that both introverts and extroverts can make good teachers provided they cover the material in such a way as to inspire confidence from their students. There are various aspects to be aware of for successful classroom management such as eye contact, gesture, and voice. Another useful method of management is a consideration for how the class is grouped at various points in the lesson and how the students and teachers are arranged in the classroom space.
