I enjoyed going through this unit as it was a good refresher on classroom management. It was also enlightening to see that a lot of the tips and recommendations are similar to what I've been practicing as a trainer in the corporate set up. Maintaining esteem, being able to facilitate lessons by engaging your audience using gestures, eye-contact, the proper voice and essentially having solid platform skills is something close to my heart.
