I am very confused with the topic of verb tense, it seems so complex and difficult to me at this time! In my head I know there are concrete differences between each tense, but my brain has not yet absorbed, processed, and retained that information. I can tell that I really need to work on memorizing these patterns and names and will probably resort to flashcards, just to even learn the basic names! I am also very unclear as to how I will ever be able to teach this to someone else, especially a non-native English learner. I am so glad I decided to take a course to help me, even though I am able to do basic English training here without it. I knew grammar would be difficult, I just underestimated what I didn't know! Looking forward to learning more things in the coming lessons and will be practicing what I've learned so far.
