Even as an educator, I learned a lot from this lesson. I watched the video first, which helped even more than Unit 1. I am a visual/audio learner primarily and then I use the text to help clarify my misunderstandings. I know it was mentioned in Unit 2 that transitive and intransitive verbs will be explained more later, but I was tripped up by the transitive/intransitive verb question on the test. I tried to put a subject at the beginning and an object at the end of each verb listed; I hope that worked. I wish there was at least an introduction to these verbs in the video, just so I could hear someone explain it. It was great to read the suggestions on how to present certain parts of speech and which activities would be beneficial. I feel like that's information that I can start using right away.
