In this unit we went over the various aspects of managing a class. There is the use of voice and gestures which at time can be just as effective as talking. There is also the idea of using simple language at or below the level of your students to make for an easier learning conditions. the arrangement of your room also plays a part in how your students will learn. Like with any classroom there will be time where I will have to deal with behavior issues. Now I know the Guide lines to follow when dealing with it.
