Upon reflection, I have furthered my knowledge and practice on the different forms of past tenses. These past tense forms are as follows; past simple, past continuous, past perfect and past perfect continuous. I learnt that past simple generally includes "did"" or ""didn't" I have been confusing about past perfect continous. However, I could understand the tense better by reading usage and example sentenses. Especially, I have been learning many teaching ideas that I use in class. I believe that tease teaching ideas will be useful. I want to study more various teaching ideas based on the age of students. This unit really displayed how to be a successful teacher. One section that stood out was the importance of understanding your student’s culture and applying that to the classroom. I was also able to identify characteristics of a good learner. These are all useful tips and strategies that I will utilize when I teach in the near future.
