I have become aware of the qualities of a good teacher. I have understood that successful teaching depends both on personality of a teacher and establishing good rapport with students. I got familiar with different roles teacher may employ in a classroom like manager, organizer or prompter. I am able to list levels of the language ability of students. This unit highlighted also that different age of students requires different approach and teaching methods.
