I am relieved to know that I don?t need to be an extrovert to be able to teach, even though I am not an introvert I still don?t consider myself to be an extrovert. I like the low key manner mostly but with a smiley, happy and cheery outlook. I must admit to having a motivating Type personality due to the communication skills I have in general, which could be my greatest asset so far. ?
I learned that I should keep a balance of control and flexibility according to activity and situation at hand. I also know from experience not to make student teacher relationship become co-dependent or too independent. Smiling never hurts anyone instead melts down iron walls between people, having a friendly disposition is very important. ",
