Unit Two focuses on EFL methodology and giving feedback.It gives an overview of the many styles of methodology, which can be used at different times, but really focuses on ESA (Engage Study Activate), where the teacher engages the class in the lesson in order to make it more effective. ESA seems like a sound way to engage students, and the unit gave several detailed examples of activities for each stage of ESA. It also provided a lot of guidance on errors vs. mistakes (which I thought was very useful) and when the appropriate time to offer feedback is in order not to discourage students.
