In this unit, I explored both teachers and students in terms of the qualities that they should both posses in order to excel in their positions and the relationship between them. These qualities are what one would expect. Teachers should be, among other things, knowledgeable in their field, kind and able to motivate their students, while students need to have a desire to learn and ask questions and accept correction. Balance between teacher and student is of course not easy to obtain. In the various roles that teachers play in the classroom, many problems can arise. As an assessor, a teacher is required to give feedback to students and correct them where necessary, but if a student feels that they are corrected too often, they begin to lose their confidence in the classroom and their desire to participate. I used the word "feels"" because this is a very subjective thing. Some students face correction better than others and the opposite situation
