In this lesson I learned the importance of the the student and teacher relationship. The teacher plays a vital role in student motivation and learning. The different roles that the teacher takes on should reflect the level and learning style of the student. Good teachers can produce good students, if the teacher is willing to learn and address his/her own anxieties and adapt to different teaching methods. At the same time, teaching can become difficult depending on the qualities of the student. Also the age of the student can have an influence on the motivation of the student to learn. One important task of the teacher is to encourage and motivate students to learn in a fun and productive manner.
