This unit contained information of the different learning methodologies over the years and the ESA method which is now the preferred teaching method due to it having the ability relax students in preparation for learning and the flexibility it provides to engage students and adopt different learning techniques dependant on the students that are being taught. I feel i have learned how to prepare a lesson plan, how to provide feedback, when to provide feedback and how i can engage students and keep their interest level high throughout a course. I have also been given some insight into marking written work.
