Classroom management can make all the difference in the world if set up correctly. Students at the beginning of something new, such as learning a new language or activity, can naturally be apprehensive or nervous. Arranging class seating that encourages students to get to know each other, thus encouraging them to speak more is important. Teacher body and language is equally important in that they are leading the students to discuss lessons or interact within the students abilities. Eye contact is important and tolerance of mistakes encourages students to learn more.
