This content was about what makes good teachers as well as good learners. Some of the things covered here were things I hadn't honestly considered, such as the different age groups and what their different motivations, experience, and behaviors would be, as well as how they would differ both from one another as well as how they differ from adult students. Being able to keep their age characteristics in mind would help me to fashion lesson plans geared more toward what interests and motivates them.
