I have learned how important the relationship between a teacher and her students are. I have also learned that motivation plays a big role in the classroom and that if I want my students to be successful, my lessons will have to be interesting and varied. I also think it is important for the teacher to know her students Before she can really have a relationship with them and before she will be able to earn their trust and respect. A teacher should always be on time and should be well prepared for every lesson to accommodate all the different students in her class. They are all individuals and should be treated like that.
