I have learned how a good teacher should be and how to participate in the class acting as a different role in different situations. I also learned by understanding the learners by their age, learning experience, life experience, behavior, and motivation and use the knowledge to apply different style of teaching method to a particular group of learners. Language levels a teacher prefers to teach and be comfortable at it is also important. A good teacher will likely to have good students.
