It is important for a teacher to be patient, kind, encouraging, entertaining and knowledgeable when it comes to teaching students English. Of course, there are other qualities that a teacher should always think about when teaching a classroom. Teachers should also know when and where is the correct time to be a manager, organizer, assessor, promoter, participator, tutor, facilitator model and monitor. But when taking on these roles, teacher should not abuse their power. As a teacher, we should always be open-minded to everything when dealing with our students. All learners comes with different levels of experience, learning knowledge and personalities. Therefore we must treat everyone equally; finding everyone's weakness and gently correcting the learners without affecting their abilities to learn. A teacher and learners' relationship is truly important because they teach and learn from one another.
