Interesting stuff. It seems the ability to stay positive, consistent, and be able to improvise and adapt to the tone of the room are very important. I have never managed a classroom or a group of students in the past, so I'm not sure what to expect. I do have a lot of patience, that will come in handy. From the sound of it, as long as I stay firm when it comes to the rules, but not so firm as to become a robot, I should be just fine. Stay positive, stay focused, and teach english. I look forward to learning more.
