I am pretty familiar with the grammar you exhibited here, however, it was useful for me to take notes and use some of the explanations in my classes to make it easier for my students to understand. I have learnt 4 present forms . How to use them could be challenging, especially present perfect and present perfect continuous. The chapter brought up some typical usages of those forms and common errors. It also lists a few ways to teach students to master those forms. I learned a lot about the various present tenses that we use everyday, but don't necessarily think about. I can see why learners would have difficultly getting a grasp of the various tenses, rules, and usages. Thus, it was helpful to have some examples to different activities I can do with the students.
