What will a TEFL employer ask in an interview?

It was so refreshing to see a review of how and when vocabulary and grammar should be introduced to a learner. Even seeing the reasons new vocabulary should be selected by, and the way it can be introduced was very useful. The reminder to use the sample ESA format was nice to see in that I can apply that format to many different areas of teaching.The ability of teaching phonetic language to students, gives you a good tool to teach English in a effective way that will allow them to become efficient in speaking properly. Being able to teach the proper way to pronounce the words correctly using the knowledge of how the body works when we speak, is an excellent way to make a successful lesson.
