For this unit, I learnt an Introduction to Grammar on the various types of Parts of Speech, starting from the basics such as what is a noun, types on nouns, adjectives, conjunctions and it's examples. It's important to master the basics of Parts of Speech, as it's essential to have a strong grammar foundation, before moving deeper into the other units.This unit explained two of the four basci skills in language learning: the receptive skill, which compromised of reading and listening. The reasons and motives for reading and listening can be divided into two catagories: 1. to achieve some particular aim or goal; 2. for pleasure. More often, reading and listening may be a mix of the above two motives.
