Pat from Malaysia is living and working as an accountant in Singapore. In her TEFL review video Pat tells us how she has been considering teaching English as a new career, which is why she decided to take the 120-hour online course with tutor support and videos from ITTT. In this unit, we learnt to recognise the different levels of the speakers, their specific needs and then how to address those needs by designing a course that best suit them. for this, we will need access to different resources and design syllabus accordingly. then comes examinations and relevant course amendments to achieve the targeted outcomes.This lesson gives many more ideas on class planing/preparation using, songs, stories, games, pictures, arts/crafts, drawings etc... and more on-line resources for all of these different types of things. Also more theories for learning including, TPR, music based, vocab. based, math based etc., etc.. And then more fully planned lessons as examples.
