This unit, labeled troubleshooting, covers problems that a teacher might face that were not previously covered in the other units. It was a very useful unit that teaches the reader how to handle those situations. Whether a student is reluctant to learn or a teacher is warming up a non existing teaching group, this unit gives ways to handle them all.In this unit I was able to learn how to approach different English level students and different sizes of classes or already existing groups. A lot of the material in this unit focuses on the first day of class and how to approach it, I saw many technique that I must use in order to engage the class properly and set the tone for the rest of the term.
