Managing a class is important for a teacher to get the most out of students. This ensures lessons to run smoothly with little disruption, but also allows students to learn as much as possible in the classroom environment. Having authority and good rapport is beneficiary for both students and teachers to achieve as much as possible in each lesson.I find it hard to understand and identify phrasal verbs! The four subjects covered in this unit are a very important but subtle part of English. Modal verbs, passive voice and relative clauses are fairly easy to identify and understand. The verbal phrases are the most complicated for me. This will take some work for me to become proficient at it.
