In this unit, I learned how to effectively plan a lesson and the benefits of being flexible in order to adapt to different situations that may arise while teaching a class. It is best to keep lesson plans simple and you should never try to script the lesson. I also learned, a teacher should always keep a record of all lessons for future reference.It was interesting to read about all the different types of practice tests around the world, especially Cambridge Assessments. I can identify with the different types of evaluating methods used in all the schools, especially the ones that we use in our school. I can recommend some of the tests to our school that we need to focus on more or less.
