Writing lesson plans provides teachers with a structure to guide the lessons as well as a record of what lesson have been given and how they went. Lesson plans must be flexible so that they can adapt to the needs of the students and the energy of the class. Plans also allow teachers to monitor their own performance and look for areas of improvement. You can see in normal speech every day about the uses of certain words that everybody takes for granted. I noticed this for a long time when people use words such as would, could, should, must, etc. sometimes just really don't understand when each word is more acceptable. It usually takes someone to help correct those who are using words improperly.
