This unit introduced me to teaching new language to students. I have learnt that though there are generic rules for choosing and teaching vocabulary, the student's must be at the centre of the consideration. Their level, context among several other factors must be considered in making decisions on vocabulary. Similar rules apply to language teachingThis unit is helpful in introducing the classroom environment and how will a teacher should be in a class. It introduces a lot of tips or ways on how to be able to manage a classrom physically, emotionally, and socially. It teaches the skill of organising and managing class, having a friendly and relaxed manner and ways on how to maitain discipline.
