This unit explains how to teach different parts of a new language. It explains about vocabulary,grammar, and functions. It teaches what the student needs to learn and in what order they should learn it. It explains whats important to help the student understand the language. It also shows and explains the structure of teaching a student a new language.I found this unit very helpful because it allows for teachers to understand that students need different learning styles and ways to spice up the style in which they are being taught. I am definitely going to use the patchwork ESA structure because I think it is best to work to students needs and strengths to achieve the best possible learning result.
