Unit 18 talks about Modal Auxiliary verbs which are used to communicate: obbligation, possibility, ability, advice and permission/proibition. The unit also explains the usage of the passive voice and how the tenses of the verbs change from active to passive. Moreover the content of the unit is completed by the Relative Clauses and the Phrasal verbs.In Unit 18 we learned about some grammatical aspects such as modals, phrase verbs and the differences between the active and the passive voice. As every other chapter in the course this Unit also provided us with some teaching ideas and examples and a couple of exercises within the text and the task sheet that can also be used for advanced students.
