This unit has been particularly useful for me because I could make a revision of two topics (conditionals and reported speech) that I had never completely understood before. Moreover, I think that the explanation of the various typologies was very clear and now I have all the tools to teach this important and often avoided aspect of English grammar.This unit was by far the most difficult so far, as I have not had an overview on tenses in English in a markable period of time. I feel that I learned quite a bit about the continuous tenses, as they appear to be past tenses when looking at them with a cursory glance. However, after studying them it is apparent that they are actually present tenses.
