When I was at school we did not learn such specific differences between the past tense forms. So my Japanese colleagues often have a better understanding of grammar and tense than I do. Even though I can use it naturally, I cannot explain the different forms. But now I feel as though I have a clearer understanding and can teach it to my students.Wow, it is hard to believe that I have come to the last unit. It has taken awhile do to circumstances but I am pleased I continued on. I found this final chapter an excellent way to reinforce the proper way to handle a language classroom especially with reluctant learners. The unit information applies to all different age and languages levels.
