This unit showed the tools for good classroom management and gave me a deeper understanding of the pros and cons of each aspect of classroom management. The unit goes into great detail of seating and teacher behavior, which gives me a stronger foundation that I can use in my current classes, and be able to establish a better rapport with my students.This unit offers troubleshooting on challenges that are most likely to arise during teaching, especially for new teachers. It helps by suggesting solutions for dealing with very young learners, in a big class, how to establish rapport and maintain discipline - all the skills that are needed, especially for those of us without any teaching experience.
