I enjoyed learning about different teaching methodologies, it is interesting to see how language instruction has evolved throughout the years and it is good to know what parts of each methodology could be useful and what their limitations are. Having a basic framework via the ESA method will be greatly helpful when it comes to starting to plan lessons.This is a very useful unit for me. It is the way how I usually teach my students. I did not know the terms receptive or productive skills, but I know that the basics of any languages are built on reading, listening, speaking abd writing. I have never thought a lot about reasons for reading\\listening skills in details.This unit was good enough. Thanks!
