TESOL review from Polina
This TESOL review is from Polina. She is from Greece and recently completed our 120-hour online TEFL/TESOL training course right next to the beach at home. She found the course to be very interesting and learned a lot of new things. She is excited to use her new learned skills at the end of the year when she is going back to the capital city of Athens to work with new clients.
Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. This convenient, highly structured design means that you can quickly get to grips with each section before moving onto the next.
As a student I did always notice the different ways each teacher or professor taught their class. I now understand better the direction each teacher proceeded the class each day. The engage phase takes a day, the study phase takes 2 days, then the activity phase takes a day, then a test on Friday. I was guessing on the length but I get the idea.This unit was another good refresher from what I have learnt in the past. I have not thought about these things for a long time so to go through it again was useful. Also the task sheet at the end helps to really drill it into my mind. I will continue to look over my notes for this to keep it memorised so when the time comes I can teach in well.
