TEFL review from Paavani

This TEFL review is from Paavani. She is from Ohio, USA, but just moved to South Korea where she will work as an English teacher. As this will be her first full-time teaching position, she decided to take our online TEFL/TESOL program to get the best possible foundation in teaching before starting her new position. To me, language is about how grammatically correct your sentences are. This unit has presented a breakdown of sentences to show how sentences should be constructed. Examples were provided as a guide to the learner and lot of knowledge in constructing grammatically correct sentences was gained. Organization of words was also a great lesson to me.I have learned that the role of a teacher is not only the ability of passing the knowledge in the creative and fun way, but also a skill to match the classes to the recipents needs. The most important is to find a motivation of each and make it grow. To encourage both youngsters and adult learners which can be challenging but also very grateful.
