Livinus is from Cameroon and is teaching English in China. He recently took our 120-hour online certification course and enjoyed working through the 20 units. He enjoyed the flexibility the course gave him to complete the course.

I had no idea there were so many different external exams and several assessments as well. IN looking over the differences it really inspires me to teach my students well and that what I'm doing is very meaningful and worth doing well.As a teacher I typically use diagnostic tests but it's nice to have each type of test actually labeled and defined.I learned about the different roles that a teacher can take. As a teacher myself, I can not identify each individual role I fill with my students and it is very nice to be able to put a term to my behavior. Furthermore, I find that the roles of moderator, model, and participant are my favorite positions. I like engaging students with discussion.
