Modals, transitive and intransitive verbs are a bit challenging for non-native learners.The format can sometimes be confusing unless each type of verb or phrase is accompanied by sentences to demonstrate its correct usage.I would prefer learning the correct actual usage of the phrases rather than memorizing the formula on how they are formed.Unit 13 explains the teaching of pronunciation and phonology. The unit starts by defining phonology, then explains intonation and its teaching techniques, then the unit explains stress and its teaching techniques, the next is the explanation of the phonetic alphabet and symbols. The mouth diagram is drawn in this unit to explain articulation.
