I'm not too sure I benefited from this unit since I haven't used, nor will I use the phonetic script to teach students proper pronunciation. I have never been exposed to phonetics in English classes nor in any of the several foreign language classes I've had. I plan on having my students repeat my pronunciation and correct them when required.A good chapter to round off a highly useful and value added course/certificate. IF i could change one aspect of this course it would be the ability to see other chapters and print the actual chapter content in advance in order to facilitate easier work. I enjoy reading my work off paper and it was a hassle to only print one chapter at a time.
