Can non native English speakers take a TEFL course?

From unit 7, I feel the flow is critical. In a different level, we can take others option which structure is optimized for this class. And also I think unit 7 is very likely unit 3 such as stages selection, approaches, and structures. However, there is more detail, and example helped me understand what is different. I think this unit is beneficial.From this unit , I learned that there are four things that students need to do with new language ,be exposed to it, understand its meaning, understand how it's constructed and be able to practice and produce it. When we want to learn English, we need to combine vocabulary, grammar and functions together, we should try to use their forms correctly .
