Ban Phe, Climate

Ban Phe has three seasons and enjoys a tropical climate. During the months of March to May it will feel very warm and humid with little rain. During the months of June to October Ban Phe experiences periods of tropical rain that can last from ten minutes to a few hours. Once the rain has cleared the weather is usually clear and sunny. The cooler months are November to February and the average temperature throughout the year is a warm 27 °C /81 °F.

Our TEFL/TESOL course in Ban Phe, Thailand is situated in a typical Thai village overlooking the beautiful beaches of the Gulf of Thailand. The school is located in a unique multi-functional facility.

Our school is comfortable, modern, air conditioned and offers all the services our students will need, such as laundry and washing services, lounges and roof terraces, quiet study areas, an internet café and a restaurant providing reasonably priced, delicious international and Thai cuisine.

The school is well equipped and provides a peaceful and comfortable setting for our students to learn and study. You will find a range of street vendors and restaurants near the school that offer delicious, low cost Thai food. You can also find a wide variety of bars and cafes around Ban Phe where you can order your favourite drink and watch the world go by. Ban Phe also has a number of small shops where you can buy coffee, soft drinks, tea and snacks.

Our training centre is also the home for our student accommodation; this reduces your travel time to class and gives you time for a lie-in. Combined TEFL/TESOL Course

At our Ban Phe School we also offer a two-week residential option for those wishing to study our Combined TEFL/TESOL course. Before attending our Ban Phe centre you would need to complete our 120-hour online TEFL/TESOL course. Once you have successfully completed the online course you can then join our other students for the final two weeks of their four-week course. Once you have completed your time at our Ban Phe School you will be awarded your ITTT certificate. The combined course in Ban Phe costs US$ 1500 which includes your accommodation for the two weeks.

ITTT offers comfortable, clean and suitably furnished rooms to our TEFL/TESOL course students at very reasonable prices.

Our accommodation in Ban Phe includes a private room, with air conditioning and a private bathroom located in a building next to our school. We place all of our students in the same building, however, should you wish to stay in a nearby hotel we can provide that for you at an additional cost of US$ 100. For further details regarding this option please contact us.

Towels and bedding are included in the price of the room and once a week (usually Friday or Saturday) the house staff will clean and change the linen in all rooms. Also available for use are general cleaning supplies and a vacuum cleaner.

The hotel bedrooms do not have hot water available, although given the warm temperatures this doesn’t generally bother our students. However, if you wish to have a hot shower there is one available on the 2nd and 3rd floors.

Our accommodation building is well situated for getting to the beach, the town centre, shopping areas and a variety of good restaurants. The building provides everything you require such as a well-equipped internet café, a lounge area for relaxing complete with a TV and video player, a Thai and international restaurant along with laundry and cleaning services.

Our course accommodation in Ban Phe is available to students from the Saturday prior to the start of your course until 5:00 p.m. on the Friday after the course. We advise you to arrive in Ban Phe by the Saturday prior to the start of your course to give you the opportunity to get acquainted with the local area and to relax before the start of your course.

We also provide transportation from Suvarnabhumi Airport in Bangkok to the course accommodation at 12 noon on the Saturday before the course begins.
