The 2nd video class demonstrates a classic ESA lesson. Comparison of both classes provided me a good vision and understanding of success of the second lesson and weakness of the first lesson. The first class was useful in terms of visualizing obvious teaching mistakes and errors so that TEFL students should take into consideration. The second lesson proved how gestures and mimes can contribute to the success of a lesson. A teacher should always smile, this is the best weapon to break the ice and establish rapport between a teacher and his/her students. I liked the way the teacher introduced with all students. It seems both simple and great to ask each of them to write their names on a list and show it up so that teacher could address him or her without asking their names again and again.
