This unit covered parts of speech and how to differentiate between them. Clear and simple explanations were given in a way that makes grammar learning look a little less daunting. The information provided seems sufficient to answer a range of questions commonly asked by English learners. In this way, I feel the unit has been very helpful. One may also notice that there is almost an exception to each and every grammar rule. This fact could be used as a jumping point to introduce a bit about the influences English has received from other languages, or in general just to console those who have become victims of English grammar, for the fault lies not within the learner themselves, but rather in the fact that English grammar is intrinsically a difficult beast to tame even for the native speaker.
